Weekly vs. Flex Options
- Weekly: Reserved recurring slot each week, billed monthly. Rates adjust based on 4- or 5-week months.
- Flex: Pack of 4 lesson credits, scheduled at your convenience over an 8-week period.
Policies & Guidelines
Tuition & Billing
- What Tuition Covers: Dedicated instruction, reserved time slot, lesson materials, pre-lesson prep, and phone/email support between sessions.
- Monthly Billing: Due on the 1st of each month (considered late after the 7th). New mid-month enrollments are pro-rated.
- Flex Billing: Billed in 4-lesson blocks. Reminders are sent prior to your final credit.
- Refunds: Tuition is non-refundable.
Attendance, Cancellations & Make-Ups
- 24-Hour Notice: Minimum 24 hours' notice required to cancel or reschedule with a make-up option. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the lesson.
- Make-Up Sessions: Scheduled in designated slots, via lesson extensions, or online, and must be completed within the month missed.
- Illness: Please do not attend in person when sick. For sudden morning-of illness, notify via call, text, or email as early as possible to arrange a make-up.
- Teacher Cancellations: If active performing commitments require rescheduling, ample notice will be given and make-up options or credits provided.
- Discontinuing Lessons: Minimum 2 weeks' notice required. Missing two consecutive lessons without notice results in schedule removal.
Observed Holidays
No lessons are scheduled or billed on: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Payment Methods
- US Students: Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or credit card via PayPal.
- International Students: PayPal or credit card via PayPal (Zelle and Venmo are US-only).
Times are Pacific. Online students in other time zones schedule lessons relative to Pacific time.
